Honestly about the price: it isn't the cheapest face cream, and it doesn't try to be. It's handmade in small batches, its lipid base is built on rarely used murumuru butter and organic oils, and used twice a day it lasts about two months: roughly £0.55 per day.

How it feels: when your skin wants more comfort

1–2 pumps on your face, neck and décolleté, with gentle upward strokes. Rich in composition yet light in texture: it spreads easily, absorbs quickly and never feels heavy. How to use

Cleanse your face.
Use Hyaluron Tonic, then gently smooth on Hyaluron Gel.
Apply 1–2 pumps of face cream to your face, neck and décolleté.
Massage into the skin with gentle upward strokes.

Murumuru butter (Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter)

A plant butter from the seed of the Amazonian murumuru palm, rich in lauric and myristic acid; an emollient lipid component that defines the cream's character. A raw material rarely used in face creams.

Organic camellia seed oil and organic raspberry seed oil

Cold-pressed plant oils; camellia oil is high in oleic acid (omega-9), raspberry seed oil is rich in vitamin E and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Sodium hyaluronate – HMW and OLIGO

The salt form of hyaluronic acid, an ingredient with outstanding water-binding capacity. Details of the two molecular sizes are in the Ingredient library; the INCI list shows it as a single entry.

Urea and Sodium PCA

Components of the skin's own Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF); water-binding ingredients.

Niacinamide and panthenol

The active form of vitamin B3 and the provitamin of B5; skin-conditioning ingredients that support skin comfort.

Phospholipids, sphingolipids, squalene, beta-sitosterol, tocopherol

Lipid-like ingredients similar in structure to the skin's own lipids; tocopherol (vitamin E) is an antioxidant.

Palmitoyl tripeptide-5

A cosmetic peptide modified with a fatty-acid chain; a skin-conditioning ingredient.

Polyglyceryl-6 stearate and behenate

PEG-free emulsifiers that bind the water and oil phases together.

Organic aloe vera juice

Part of the cream's water phase.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from the version for oily, combination skin?

The water-based part contains the same ingredients (sodium hyaluronate, urea, Sodium PCA, niacinamide, panthenol, peptide, skin-identical lipids), but the plant lipid base differs: this version is built on murumuru butter, organic camellia and raspberry seed oil, the other on kokum butter, jojoba and pomegranate seed oil.

Can I use it without Hyaluron Gel?

Yes, it can be used on its own as a face cream. In the LYSANDE® routine, tonic, gel and face cream build on each other to provide water-based hydration and the lipid step.

How is it different from Hyaluron Gel?

The gel is water-based and, according to the INCI list, contains no plant oils or butters. The face cream also contains plant butter and oils.
