Deodorant, not antiperspirant

Sweating is a natural bodily function. A deodorant targets the formation of unpleasant body odour; its purpose differs from an antiperspirant. You can still sweat while using LYSANDE® Natural Deodorant, and experiences vary with the individual and daily activity.

Understanding the ingredients

Potassium Alum is a crystalline mineral salt used in deodorising formulas. It contains aluminium, so this product is not described as aluminium-free. Triethyl Citrate is an ingredient that inhibits enzymes involved in body odour formation. These are known ingredient functions, not promises of identical results for everyone.

A light gel with bergamot and patchouli

Organic aloe vera juice forms the water base, panthenol is a skin-conditioning ingredient and xanthan gum provides the gel texture. The roll-on applicator distributes it evenly. Bergamot and patchouli essential oils create a scent that combines citrus and woody-earthy notes.

A place in your daily routine

After washing, apply to completely dry underarm skin and allow to dry before dressing. For your face, you can follow the Hyaluron Tonic, Gel and Face Cream sequence; deodorant is a separate body-care step. It shares its bergamot-patchouli scent with Hyaluron Body Lotion.

Natural scent does not mean allergen-free

Essential oils contain natural fragrance allergens, including limonene, linalool and citral. Keep this in mind if you are sensitive to fragrance. Patch test before first use and stop if irritation occurs. Do not apply to open wounds, freshly waxed, damaged or severely irritated skin.
