No. Potassium Alum is a mineral salt containing aluminium. The full composition is shown in the product page INCI list.

If your skin is drier, feels tight or dehydrated, look at the Hyaluron Face Cream with murumuru butter: rich yet light-textured. If your skin is oily, combination or normal, the kokum butter version is the starting point: silky, light, with no greasy after-feel. Skin type is a good guide, but not a diagnosis, and it doesn't guarantee a formula works the same for everyone. The comparison table of the two creams is on the Hyaluron routine page.

We designed the Hyaluron line as a routine where each step builds on the last: tonic, gel, face cream. You don't have to start with all three. If you're unsure, write to me and I'll help you choose the product that best suits your skin.

The INCI list shows sodium hyaluronate as a single entry, Sodium Hyaluronate, regardless of molecular size, which cannot be indicated. Our formulas contain HMW (high), LMW (low) and OLIGO (oligomer) versions: Hyaluron Gel all three, the face creams HMW and OLIGO, Hyaluron Tonic and Hyaluron Body Lotion HMW. You'll find this in the ingredient descriptions on the product pages.

The facial products (tonic, gel, creams, scrub) contain no added fragrance, neither synthetic nor essential oils; their scent comes from the raw materials. Hyaluron Body Lotion and Natural Deodorant contain natural bergamot-patchouli essential oil.

Used twice a day, Hyaluron Gel and the face creams (40 ml) last about two months, roughly £0.55 per product per day. Hyaluron Body Lotion (150 ml) lasts about a month with regular use, roughly £0.83 per day. Natural Deodorant (60 ml) lasts about two months, roughly £0.17 per day.

Skin reactions vary from person to person, so no general guarantee of tolerability can be given for very sensitive or reactive skin. Before first use, do a patch test behind your ear or on the inside of your forearm. If you notice irritation, redness or discomfort, stop using the product.

Start with once a week; depending on your skin's condition, at most 1–2 times a week. Massage in gently with circular movements without strong pressure, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Scrubbing too often or too hard can cause micro-injuries and irritation.

LYSANDE® products contain no silicones, mineral oil derivatives (paraffin, petrolatum), parabens or added artificial colourants. The facial products are free of fragrance and essential oils; Hyaluron Body Lotion and Natural Deodorant contain natural bergamot-patchouli essential oil. These statements apply to the current formulas; the exact composition is always shown by the INCI list on the product page.

Some of our raw materials (e.g. organic oils, butters, aloe vera juice) are certified organic or ECOCERT/COSMOS certified. These labels refer to the certification of the supplied raw materials and do not in themselves mean that the finished product holds independent organic or ECOCERT/COSMOS certification.

“Natural cosmetics” is a widely used everyday term, but in itself it doesn't guarantee that every ingredient is free from individual reactions or that the finished product is independently certified. LYSANDE® products are based on butters, oils and extracts of natural origin, alongside modern cosmetic ingredients (e.g. urea, niacinamide, peptide). The exact composition is shown by the INCI list.

The time it takes depends on the product type, your skin's current condition, how regularly you use it and your individual skin. The effect of cosmetics varies from person to person, so we don't promise results within a specific time frame.

Store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. LYSANDE® products keep their quality for 18 months from production, until the date shown on the label. Always check the date on the product.
